Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is ever a delay, we’ll communicate clearly and kindly.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient

  • Lotus Beauty Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at careteam@lotusbeautyco.com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue with care and fairness.
