We understand how vulnerable this season can feel. If this product doesn’t feel safe, comfortable, or supportive for your skin, return it within 45 days—no judgment, no pressure.

That is the Lotus Promise.
Our return policy exists to honor it.


45-Day Returns

You may request a return within 45 days of delivery if a product does not feel right for your skin or your experience.

We believe trust is built through compassion, not rigid rules—especially when caring for medically vulnerable skin.


Eligible Returns

Unopened and unused products
• Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Lightly used skincare or cosmetics
• If you experienced irritation, sensitivity, or discomfort, lightly used items may be eligible for a refund or store credit.
• Each request is reviewed thoughtfully, with care and respect for your unique journey.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Gift cards


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and reviewed:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days

  • Store credit, when applicable, will be delivered by email

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
